This is a handmade wooden toy crane. The only metal on it is the hook , washers and screw eyes to guide the string. It is all oak from wood that would of ended up in the landfill.
The boom and cab is 18" long. The cab is 6" tall.
The handles in the 1st and second pictures will lock into 4 different positions each, 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock.
The string is nylon and looks like the real cables. The string with the hook extends down 18" below the boom. This allows for hooking things down low, if desired.
My postal scale shows it is almost 3 pounds.
Because of small pieces I would not recommend it for the real young ones.
Because of it's length it will take a large box from the u.s.p.s.
