I purchased this tablet for my daughter she never got to use it because we moved, six months later she tried to use it has you can see on last picture it freezes probably you can repaired or know someone, it comes w case for it.

There is a little hole on the outside of the case that should be labeled 'Reset.' Turn on the tablet then use a paper clip's wire end to push the reset button. Let us know if this repairs the freeze. Thanks.
