Do you ship to Canada for free?

I wish that I could but I have to be very careful with budget. I looked it up and it would cost $7.70 to ship it to Canada using our first class mail international. So I would be willing to ship it for 7.00 dollars via PayPal or if need be money order. I figure I would be willing to cover 70 cents of it since for anyone in the US I would be covering that much to mail it. Hope that helps. Thanks so much for taking the time to look at the auction.
