I had this exact same phone and it broke so i had to call the track phone company to get a new one sent to me and i got tired of waiting for the phone to come in the mail so I just went out and bought a new one, then i finally received this one but did not need it because i had all ready bought another one..so i put this one up for auction,, so this phone came straight from the track phone company..and has never been activated or even turned on,,,(*;*)

A reconditioned product has also been returned and cleaned up, but it has also gone through extensive testing and possible repair before being repackaged and made available..but i have never had it activated myself so technically it is still considered a new phone...
