Id love to have these Im just curious right now I was actually looking for a red butterfly bush like I used to have in the 80's It was called a Passion red Butterfly bush we also had a bush that I always said was wrongly named They called it a Primrose snowball bush It was a deep deep red snowball bush, Now days all I see are the white ones.

Can I grow these in Texas? Indoor or out door? When or what time of year should I plant them??

yes they will, you can do eather but if you take them in they will need a lot of light, you can start them anytime, I put mine in a pot and when they get big enough I put them were I wont them, if you start them late in the year you can leave them in the pot and put outside after last frost next year.

They will live in OH. dont know for sure about that you may have to water them some or put in a big pot and put in the house
