IT HAS BEEN OPENED, BUT NEVER USED. If you have a problem with this please dont bid, the second picture shows the tip thats never been used. I dont know what color it is, but it has the numbers 425 on the bottom, its like a dark purplish/ red color i believe, ive never worn it. Free shipping & happy bidding!

It was opened maybe a month ago and no it hasnt dried out at all its very easily applied.
