This is a 2nd Generation iPod Touch 16GB WORKS GREAT! There is a crack in the screen which you can see in multiple pictures, there is also scratches on the back! The only flaw besides the crack is the q button does not work unless it is flipped sideways. Other than that it works great! You can still listen to music, browse the web, play games etc. I tried to get as many pictures as possible so if you would like more pictures, I will take requests. There is NO camera but you can save pictures. This iPod has been restored and completely wiped out and ready to go! This item is being sold as is, but I promise my description is as accurate as it gets!
This item is still in the original hard plastic case that it was bought in model number is on the case, with the instruction manual

I would say yes! I have little ones int he family that always try and play with our smart phones when they are by us and my 7 year old cousins were fighting over my phone! And I have the iPhone so same thing except the could not call anyone on this iPod! Also I would not give the kid your password to download games, you should alwYs download the games for them so you don't ge charged :)
