I live in the city, all I have are2 window boxes...would these work for that? I have morning glories in one right now

No Lisa they wouldn't work. You need to go buy some little plants to put in your boxes. Moss Rose {Portucula} is a good one as well as Zinnias and Marigolds. The Morning glories will probably grow very long as they are vines. Water with Miracle Grow once a month and water weekly.

yea the morning glories are everywhere, lol. But they seem to be the only thing I can't kill because they seem to come back every spring.
