Book is in wonderful condition! The binder has a minor crease in one spot is all. Binder is great! There is nothing within the book to mar it. However, on the front cover, very top right corner, is a very tiny number 2. And the very tiny tip of that corner is ripped. Book as slight yellowing, but still looks great for it's age!
