This is a beautiful BRAND NEW White Topaz nose ring stud. It is just soooo pretty and the crystal in it is just gorgeous, the pictures do not do it enough justice!! I have another just like this, so I figured I would let a lucky listian have my extra. This clear White Topaz crystal looks as beautiful as my diamond. It doesn't get cloudy and it sparkles and shines and I mean SPARKLES!!! Surgical Steel and I'm not positive what the gauge is, I would guess its either 18 or 20 gauge. I'm sorry but I don't know exactly what size, that is just an estimate. but I had my nose pierced professionally, and they used a size 18g needle, and I have another nose ring just like this and it fits great!!
