But yeah, the code gives you a 30 day trial of Playstation Plus for Playstation 3 where you can download games for free like Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Uncharted 3, as well as free Vita games like Gravity Rush, Uncharted Golden Abyss and Blazble Continuum Shift Extend, but they're massive though so keep that in mind. You also get discounts and such off certain things off PS Store, it's pretty useful.

Code will be sent to your email as soon as you win, no BS, code hasn't been used, but if you already have PS Plus keep in mind it doesn't stack and apparently according to PSN, the code expires on 6/30/2013 so keep that in mind.
