I have a New, never worn, Pajama or Lounge outfit sz med. (top & pants) It's from Robert Louis Intimates. I got this as a gift but never wore it, I prefer wearing gowns! It's 75% silk & 25% polyester. A very nice outfit!
From a smoke free, pet free home.

The pants measure 38" from waist to botton, inseam is 26", & yes, it has an elastic waist which stretches to 40".
