3733A860 this is the # on the core there is no 5 digit and the other # is 35728373A2175 is on the lower part of the chip and says 2.8 gig right on it

It's a Pentium D 2.8GHz, which is a dual core Pentium 4. It was the predecessor to the Core2Duo series. FYI to those with questions...
