Clean and in good condition. this will fit an XX Small Dog or a TEA CUP Breed Dog under 5 pounds and under weight! Material is Blue/Gray with Silver like reflective borders. It also has a Zippered/velcro pocket on the top of the coat. The inside is fuzzy black fleece material with an black/blue Hood.
