Are the butterfly ones stretchy at all? My daughter wears a 7 but sometimes can fit in a 6x if there is enough stretch. And those butterfly ones are so freaking cute lol.

They run a bit on the big side, A bit of strech maybe.. my daughter has always had to wear a belt with them Hope this helps :)
