This is a cute and in perfect condition long tunic blouse from New York & Co. It's hard to see in the pix, but there are subtle thing stripes of silver lurex all through the top. It also has cute ruffles at the collar, pleated front and 3-button 3/4 sleeves. The fabric is light and airy, but not sheer. Tag size is M, but it is a loose M and may fit a L.

Measurements: Pit to pit: 18", shoulder seam to hem - 26"
