Ok, so my husband and I have "fried" ice cream every time we go to our favorite Mexican food restaurant. When I showed him I'd found a recipe to make it at home, his response was "how will you fry it?" I almost laughed out loud! I then had to break his lovin' heart by explaining that restaurants don't actually fry the ice cream. Now he mopes when we order it, knowing it's not really fried. I suppose I should have just let it remain a mystery. So, do you know how they make "fried" ice cream??? If not, this recipe is completely for you!!
