Hey, just saw your reply. I really don't know. I'm not all that great at qualifying for the surveys (or being able to get all the way thru them to earn the credits). I haven't heard about anyone being locked out of the surveys before. I'm not even sure where to tell you to look for an answer... I don't think you would find much information about that on the Listia site. (I'm searched for other info on other topics around the site and have always found very limited detail on things.)

I'm sorry that I can't be more help. I do hope that it gets cleared up soon, either by you finding out why the standards weren't met (whatever that means... I don't see how anyone could really "cheat" on the questions) or perhaps after a certain deration of time the ban/lockout will be lifted.

I pick up some of my credits by watching the videos. This might help until the Peanut Lab thing gets worked out (even then you could still watch the videos to get credits if you wanted to).

There's a "support" listed at the bottom of every page on this site. I've used it to contact when I wasn't sure what to do about a bad auction. They answered, so I know there's real people behind the support button at the bottom of the page who will email you an answer. That's where you can ask your question and get an answer.
