Hello Kitty style key chain / purse charm is covered in rhinestones with green bow and heart accents. Item has a filigreed back and is a heavy piece. Also, the head and body are two pieces. In other words, the head is hinged and wiggles separately from the body. Keys can be attached either with lobster law type clasp or traditional key ring - both included.
