FREE: Interesting Head

This is a unique figurine that was given to me as a gift. It does not match any of my decor & really isn't my taste whatsoever. I am hoping someone out there can appreciate it. It is quite heavy & I assume it could also be used as a paper weight as well. For all I know this could be worth something to a collector or just in general. I don't even know what to call it though & I am sure someone out there sees it's unique appeal.
