Brand new, never used ear buds/headset. Came with a cell phone but never used them. Can be used for anything with a jack it can plug into. Has volume control on it and comes with 4 extra ear piece covers.

That's a good question. I will have to ask my nephew on that one. I don't do the whole ps3 thing lol. I will let you know as soon as I find out
