They have tight fitting tops (plugs) that go inside the vial and they also extend beyond the vial.

These little vials can be used for any small item:
Gemstones - Beads - Sequins - Rhinestones - Glitter - Oils - Watch Parts - Fimo Slices - Powders or Potions :o)

They say Mackie on them. They were used by Bob Mackie for perfume samples.
I have had them for at least 20+ years and I use mine all the time for all my little treasures!

* For Every 100 Credits - I will add 1 Vial and 1 Top *

0 - 100 = 1 Vial
100 - 200 = 2
200 - 300 = 3
300 - 400 = 4
and so on.......
