Do you love to cook and want to learn? I came across a duplicate copy of the wonderful Cook's Illustrated magazine and decided to share it with a fellow Listian. This is an undated sample copy and a great way to introduce yourself to Cook's Illustrated. I love this magazine. There are NO ads, just clear tested directions on HOW to create the best versions of classic recipes and WHY these methods work best. There are also product reviews, sort of a mini Consumer Reports for the kitchen. Each issue is like a little cooking encyclopedia! This issue is in great condition; the only flaw is a little writing on the front cover.

I'll also include a vintage Osterizer Blender Spin Cookery cookbook from 1970, which is 80 pages and contains dozens of essential recipes to recreate with your blender or food processor. The only flaw is that the bottom right corner of most of the pages is a bit discolored, but there is no writing, rips or creases.

Our home is smoke-free, and our dogs have not been near the magazine or cookbook.
