The listing, Vintage 14K Gold Overlay Necklace and Pendant with Black Stone has ended.

This is a pretty, vintage necklace with pendant. The clasp is marked "AMCO - 14K G.O." It is in excellent condition. The pendant measures about 1" and the necklace is 18". Very classy!

I think it means gold overlay, same as gold plate.
