you can use them on snes but you need to modify your system to play format NTSC-J games , there is tutorials on youtube on how to do it

I looked up the games with Japanese on them, here's what they're called:

top-left: Oda Nobunaga: Haou no Gundan, a strategy type game.
top-middle: Dragon Quest V, an RPG.
top-right: Umi no Nushi Tsuri, a fishing game.
middle-left: Street Fighter II Turbo
center: Jissen! Pachi-Slot Hisshouhou! A slot machine type game.
middle-right: Daibakushou: Jinsei Gekijou - DokiDoki Seishun Hen, a "board game" type game.
bottom-left: Yokoyama Mitsuteru: San Goku Shi, a strategy type game.
bottom-right: SimCity, a city building simulator type game.

Except for Street Fighter II Turbo, you will need to know a lot Japanese if you want to play these games.
