you can get delivery confirmation on first class envelopes, and if you print labels at paypal you get the confirmation free... :) just letting you know to save you money.

I contacted my nearest post office. Apparently, tracking can not be used on standard envelopes. The options to have tracking are send it certified mail for $3.10 and you would have to sign for it, or to send it as priority mail in a flat rate envelope which costs $5.60.
