what's the fabric content? do they have a little give? are they cut like 'mom' jeans? do they hit the ankle or go over the shoe? thanks!

No they are not mom jeans they are low rise but like medium it's not so low everything is showing they do have some stretch and I would have to measure them I'm 5.4 and they would have been below my ankles I will measure them tomorrow for the length and let you know what the exact fabric says thanks for watching my auction I will comment you in the morning thanks

They do have stretch they are 75/ cotton 21/ polyester and 4: spandex. They are 33 inches long
