A large padded envelope would not be the best way to ship this. A box would. Don't want to damage the item

it wont cost you anywhere near 15 to send this with tracking. Just put it in a large padded envelope, tape it up real good and it will be under 10 for everything. bAnd thats probably enough to cover priority mail
