Yes, it is true to size. I wore it when I was pregnant, so it's still like new. Wore only about 3 times.

@debbied I was a 40DD when I was pregnant and wore it. I'm 38D now and it still fits perfect. it's elastic around the top and stretchy. it's made of 82% nylon and 12% spandex.It's still in perfect condition. color has not faded at all.
