Condition: 5-1/4” w X 7-3/4” HC, 249 pages. Covers in a faux wood grain paper with cloth & gilt lettering on spine. Good condition. Owner name written in heavy fountain pen ink on inside front cover, ffep, and the back inside cover with bleed over of the name onto the rear end paper. This page also contains a pasted in little newspaper clip with a recipe for “Beautiful Brown Stain for Wood.” Covers show shelf wear with ruffled corners, edge wear, rubbing & a few small stains. Outside page edges are darkened & end papers are darkly toned. Interior pages are overall clean & free from rips, & stains. Owner name written again on the bound edge on page 137 & again on the top of page 149. One page has the word, "filler" written in pencil in the margin, one has 2 small pencil bracketed passages & a few pages have light thumb wrinkling.
