I hand knitted these myself. They fit on your sausage, the sack goes on your potatoes, and the string ties around the waist. The blue is 100% wool. The lizard one is acrylic.

I used to just made a version that was just a tube for the sausage, but some friends from the medieval reannactment group that we used to be a part of suggested the "potato" cover w/ drawstring. They also suggested BLUE ribbon around the sausage because of that Scottish folk song about the kiltsman who falls asleep and a maiden fair ties a blue ribbon around his member.

They do stretch a little. Do not wash the blue one in hot water or dry in dryer, it's wool, Cold water and hang dry. The lizard one is acrylic yarn and can be washed and dried in the machines.
