etango03-i send this lip balm USPS, and I always make it a point to give out a tracking number. and as to the question, does it have a scent. read above. I add tea tree oil. its a medicinal oil, not a fragrance oil. this is a product I hand craft. and its used for medicinal uses, for dry cracked lips, and helps in the aid of fungal infections and also a bacterial infection. its a handy product to protect your lips.
