if you at least verify your address and phone it will help when you don't have that it makes people nervous because they don't want there credits tied up for days over people not shipping what they won. There are a lot of people on here who put stuff up and then when you win they don't reply and you never get your item and it takes about 9 days to get your credits back it has happened to me a lot lately so if someone isn't verified I don't bid anymore because I am fairly new and don't have a lot of credits built up yet and don't want them tied up for days for no reason. hope the explanation helps you out. the bank account thing helps you more than them its just setting up pay pal its safe and no one on here sees your info safer than actually using your debit card online but you don't have to have it. but sellers don't want to mail things to someone without a verified address that is protection for you and them. anyway good luck hope this helps *ps...I started with books cheap to send and easy way to build some credits and trust :)
