im actually more flexible than that but after we make satisfactory arrangement then if you don't follow thru I will relist and keep the credits but im flexible about the shipping but it must be done thru paypal

Yes it is the sx260 with windows xp pro was told it will upgrade to windows 7 by a friend of mine that works on computers for a living but I didn't find out anything else and I trust this friend because he has upgraded all my computers to windows 7 ultimate from xp
