I worked for a movie retailer back when the newest Fast and The Furious came out on DVD. These were promotional items that we never gave away, and rather than throwing them out, I took them home. That's about all there is to it. This guy is chrome plastic, comes wrapped in cellophane and has a cardboard insert with the Fast and The Furious logo on it. These aren't in production anymore, and haven't ever been sold anywhere, so they're pretty rare.

Shipping is $3 anywhere in the US.
