if you click your username at the top right corner, then click view profile...once it takes you to your profile look under your picture and it will say about verification. click on that! and then towards the bottom it will say "looking to verify account" and it will show some links to click on to get different verifications

good luck...i have done 2 or 3 other $25 ones and they all have gone for 22,000 to 26,000 so as long as you have that many credits or more then u should be able to win..if youre willing to bid that many
