Only used a handful of times as pc crashed and laptops took it's place. It didn't occur to me to use with my laptop, so it's been in a box for a couple of years. And I recently came across it, I'd forgotten all about it. It's so cool, translucent with a blue light that brightens when touched. I have tried it out to make sure it is in perfect working order prior to listing, and it's like new, so easy to use. Like the description below you can use it on any surface, even your hand!! So, if you do not like the touch pad on your lap top this is for you!! I did some reading up on it and it seems when it came out you needed to download some software, but I plugged it in to my HP Windows 8 and it worked right away.
