These area awesome for breast feeding moms... Or also just to carry baby around in!! I loved mine... They are in wonderful condition & no worries, there have been no recalls on these carriers!! I know that's a big concern when it comes to baby stuff :)

No it's not adjustable SORRY I do have a boppy one up though that is adjustable

No it's not, but it can be used for small or large babies. I have a boppy one also that's still in the box & that one is adjustable. I'll post it soon...
