Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum) - Perennial/Annual (frost areas) - Germ: 15 – 30 days; Sow: 1/4" deep, Spring; Full Sun; 63-77 days to Harvest; Cayenne peppers are at maturation when they are about 4 to 6 inches long and they break easily from the stem.


Elecampane (Inula helenium) – Perennial - Germ: 4 - 30 days; Sow: Press into surface; Spring-Fall; Pre-chill; Full Sun; Yellow Blooms from July to August; harvest Dig up 2nd or 3rd year roots in the fall

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) – Perennial - Germ: 14 days; Plant Spring; after frost; Press onto soil surface; Full Sun; Harvest Leaves when needed; Blooms: Yellow & White; July to October; Summer
