any phone can be unlocked except tracfones or other fones that are connected to the gov't free minutes no cost for SSI people or on assistance. When winner gets phone go to you tube and for free you can get unlock codes. Aslo your NEW carrier can do it if you all the info from previous owner like what was the phone number used etc..

Yes last time I used it everything worked just fine , I don't know about a flash but has a camera sorry I only had it a few months and forgot the swipe code like I said its got sum Scruffs on side of it but over all its was a great phone I upgraded to an iPhone 5 , free free shipping you can't beat that with a stick lol , when you get it you must find a way to figure out how to reset it , no refunds

I am not going to take my time and do it, I am sending it as is, plus If I can't get it to reset. , its not a pin reset its a ,swipe code and the reason I can't open or unlock it to the fact I have bad memory and forgot the code combo

This is an easy fix. Just do a factory reset. It wipes the whole phone clean but you can get into it just as if it was out of the box. You should have tried this.

Nothing wrong normal use with some Scruffs on the side of it powers on and off holds a charge , I just can't unlock it

It won't reset there is a security swip code I can't break into it and it will not reset so anyone who gets it needs to figure out how to break into it to get it to work
