This is a brand new pair of the cutest rain/mud boots. The brand name is Capelli of New York. Ladies size 8. Hot pink & black & white POLKA DOTS! They are 13"tall & have a 1" heel. There is an adjustable strap on the side of each boot, to adjust for a perfect fit on your calves. *****There is one glitch that is barely noticeable. And for the right person, this is not a problem, since they were sold like this, and are both the same size.As shown in the pictures, the stripe on the back of one shoe is white, the other shoe is off white. I WILL NOT refund credits if you are the winner & change your mind.*******
