I took a small old tray and decoupaged cat pictures from an old discarded library book. I painted "Los Gatos" (The Cats) in ocean blue acrylic paint on top. It smeared a little when I decoupaged this because the paint apparently was not quite dry. I have a wall hanger silicone epoxy glued to the back.
