This is a cute Oddball stuffed dalmatian from Disney's 102 dalmatians that makes cute whimpering and sniffing sounds when you rub its' back. (It sounds very lifelike because my dog went crazy barkiing when I rubbed its' back to make sure it was working properly...lol.)

This toy is new and still in the original packaging, but it is missing the plastic brush that is supposed to come with it. When you dip the brush in icy water and rub it against the dog, spots appear. I think the brush is more for fun and show, and probably any smooth plastic item dipped in the icy water and rubbed against the dog would bring out the spots, but I don't want to test out my theory because I don't want to dirty it up and take away the newness of it. Some spots are already visible on the dog, and this is still a soft, cozy new toy that makes fun dog sounds, and could be loved and enjoyed by any child - with our without the brush feature.
