these are a type of coreopsis, i believe Plains coreopsis,
Coreopsis tinctoria, although these get a lot larger than they say plains gets
these grow very easily. they get up to 6 and 7 feet tall, but they can be kept low, i pinched mine and kept them at about 2 feet. they die back every year, and re-seed

im going to be sending a whole bunch of flower heads, and if the amount goes up high enough, ill throw in some other wild flower seeds
