The listing, ABE LINCOLN'S YARNS and STORIED has ended.

I had no idea that Lincoln was such a great story teller. I believe that this is a first edition and it's autographed by Col. McClure. It's signed and dated March 15 1901 and it was copywrited 1901. Any way, it's a pretty neat book and in good shape for it's age. What do you think??

I also like Lincoln. His life story is pretty amazing too. Fanned and watching. Would also be interested in the Knights Templar book - some serious history there. Good luck on your auction!

This book, though it may seem long, was a rather quick read. There are many different stories about various fun facts, stories, and quirks about Lincoln that are guaranteed to surprise one, especially his own opinion and remarks about himself. There are also many great pictures, along with the descriptive stories, that are between the lengths of a paragraph to about a page or so.
