I spend these i got a 100 of them the other day from my bank because I don't use paper money they are not gold plated go to usmint.gov it will even tell you its not or go and get a coin magazine, they will tell you it isn't gold plated the same with a coin dealer and I been a collector all my life and a coin dealer for close to 30 years. I buy not only for my self but for people looking and cant find certain coins they come to me to help find them for them if it contained any gold it would mot be in circulation and the bank wouldn't released them where they have to go to from the mint to enter circulation

have been since 1971 when I was six everytime I got a bill I got a bank and trade it back then it was the great big Eisenhower dollars living here in ohio they still think im nuts and I just tell them I was born in Lompoc calif. and when I was little on the air base I never had any bills givren to me and the metal worth more then paper if anything evers happen the paper money is more or less toilet paper you got metal in coins you can trade with it and not paper
