The listing, Decortive Dish Cloth 'Apple a Day' has ended.

This reminds me of the dish clothes my Grandmother used. This one has a lovely girl picking a apple from a tree and the writing around the edges reads "An apple a day keeps the doctor away..." over and over. I see no stains, but I am sure it has been used. It measures about 15 inches by 25 inches.
