Hello, what is the material and condition of the bags? are they both new? can you tell me the measurement of the strap also? thank you in advance! (✿◠‿◠)/ watching & already a fan!!

Hello! Yes the bags are new with tags, still in plastic wrap. The tag inside says 100% polyester. I am not really familiar with the correct way to measure the strap, it is adjustable and if I make it as long as it can be it measures about 53" from one side of the bag all the way to the other side of the bag. It is the kind of satchel bag that is intended to be worn across your body (like a messenger bag but the bag itself is smaller then a messenger bag.) Hope that info helps.

PS. Love your avatar/user id photo, I haven't had time to keep up with the manga but I did watch the anime to completion and it was awesome. Rangiku was always my favorite, she is so silly but it's funny to me. =)
