These are standard size, just like many other wristbands I have for different causes, etc. They will fit most adult men in a snug manner, if you have very small wrists then they may seem too large, i cannot measure one until the 1st since I am out of state and did not bring any with me this time. IF you want me to try to measure one when I get home, please reply.
