It doesn't really say how much to use but I have thin or fine hair and I use some and a bottle will do me about 4 times . I guess it would depend on how long and thick your hair is. It just says to apply to damp hair after shampooing. Sorry that is all I can tell you.

I have used this before, I have really fine hair and it looks thin, well I used this and I don't know if it actually makes your hair thicker but I do know it will feel thicker. I did like it though when I did use it.
